Collaborate with the relevant Brand managers and Retention specialists to source all assets required for planned email activity including but not limited to creative, tracking links, and copy.Establish email marketing automation programmes for selected titles, reviewing briefs and creating viable solutions for stakeholders to review and sign off.Be responsible for the day-to-day management and planning of our retention email marketing activity and schedule building and launching our planned retention, and customer service email communications.This person will be supporting on increasing renewals, reducing churn, increasing tenure and LTV by maximising data, testing and cross-sell/ up-sell strategies. The Senior Email Marketing Executive will deliver key omni channel retention and onboarding projects optimising campaigns through Selligent (ESP) and automating journeys through BlueConic (CDP), working hand in hand with our retention team to align testing, optimisation and innovation across CRM activity, with a strong focus on email marketing.

The Senior Email Marketing Executive will have a strong customer focus, be able to tackle a wide variety of tasks with flexibility, be passionate about the digital and CRM landscape and enjoy working closely and supporting colleagues. The Senior Email Marketing Executive is responsible for creating first class email campaigns, monitoring email quality, segmentation and ensuring customer journeys are optimised to deliver the best user experience and conversion possible via the email marketing channel. You will be working within the Customer Value team as part of the wider Customer team. Reporting directly to the Global Senior CRM Manager, this position is designed to deliver first class customer centric email marketing strategy and delivery for retention across our global titles including The Week UK & US, MoneyWeek, The Week Junior UK & US and Kiplinger.
